Position: Inbound Customer Service Representative

Wage: $12.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd shift, 5:00pm-11:00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for an Inbound Customer Service Representative at a warehouse in Montezuma, IA. This is a temp to hire position for 2nd shift.

Responsibilities for Inbound Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Verify receipt of ordered items by comparing packing list to product received
• Verify quality and quantity of product
• Logs discrepancies and pass information to purchasing for correction
• Enter product received into inventory system
• Assist as back up all other warehouse areas
• Responsible for housekeeping in receiving area

Requirements for Inbound Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Must have the ability to lift 5-50 lbs. frequently and over 50 lbs. with assistance throughout the day
• Must be able to read and accurately count alpha and numeric characters
• Must have the ability to stand for an extended period of time, up to 8 hours per day
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
